PROJECT BRIEF
Friends at The Felix is a weekly event hosted by Friends SF at The Felix, a speakeasy. To promote the DJs performing each Thursday night, the team needed a flyer design.
PROCESS
Since the venue was named after Felix the Cat, I drew inspiration from an old comic and an album cover. The comic captured the playfulness I wanted to convey, while the album cover influenced the overall aesthetic. From there, I selected a Felix asset and a filler element to incorporate into the design.

DEVELOPMENT
I designed a layout that highlights images of the DJ or event while showcasing the upcoming week's lineup. To streamline the high-demand, weekly flyer creation, I kept the design black and white, allowing for easy color customization using a gradient map.
FINAL PRODUCT
The final flyers capture the vibrant energy of Friends events while effectively highlighting the upcoming DJs performing at The Felix each week.
