PROJECT BRIEF
Dial Ring is a clothing business specializing in Japanese designer, archive fashion, and luxury goods. For their event at 3319 Marché in Oakland, CA, they needed a flyer that promoted the event and visually captured the unique aesthetic of Dial Ring. My goal was to create a design aligned with their brand identity while effectively engaging their audience.
DEVELOPMENT
This mood board was provided as a reference to convey the desired aesthetic for the design.
PROCESS
I curated these archive images to align with the luxurious, playful, and organic aesthetic they envisioned.
FIRST PASS
The initial design was well received, but some layout adjustments were requested. Instead of the organic ornaments, Dial Ring wanted to incorporate elements from the store’s interior, featuring a brick wall on the right and a curved organic wall on the left.

This is the interior of 3319 Marché, where they wanted to incorporate the distinctive walls into the design.

FINAL DRAFT
This final draft includes minor refinements to fonts and composition while incorporating the distinctive walls of 3319 Marché.
